Describe: the user makes a boll of wind in the palm of the users hand.
on one side of the boll(in the direction of the users hand) the wind boll sucks in wind making a vacuum,making it past against the users hand.on the other side(supposed to be the side of the opponent)the same sucking effect applies making it possible to ''paste'' yourself against the enemy.(you must make physical contact with your palm((where the boll is)))
when to much chackra is used to bend the air the sucking gets to hard and begins damaging the user and when pasted against the enemy the enemy also gets effected.
when there is less chackra it wont paste at all.
this is a technique that requires the perfect amount of chackra and can be easily used for training.
Chakra: that depends on the user.
genin:to much,min 10%-less 2%(chuunin and higher)to much 30% and much damage to yourself and the opponent-less:2%
